Please read the information completely to ensure that registration is complete and runs smoothly. Registration and reservation must be done in 2 steps. Please note that your booking is only final after payment.

Once you have read the description, you can fill in the registration form for 1 person. We request that you fill in all applicable information. You can then submit the form by clicking on the “versturen/send” button. A green bar will then appear stating that we have received your registration.

You can add any travel companions by clicking on the “another person /additional person” link and filling in the new blank form in full with the applicable information. Once all travel companions have been entered, click on the “Weekend ticket” button for step 2.

Fill in the same name(s) and emailadress when paying as when registering. You will then be redirected to the Ticket payment option. After paying for the weekend tickets, you are assured of your spot on our Camping and your reservation is ready….

Event times:

Early birds: From Thursday 4 September 13:00

Official opening: Friday 5 September 10:00

Official closing: Sunday 7 September 10:00

The full program of the weekend will be announced at a later date.

Costs:

Weekend reservation: €45,- per person.

This includes the entrance fee and a camping spot for the entire weekend. The camping spot may be occupied with a tent, camper or car-caravan. Calculation examples: 1 person with 1 tent is €45,- / 2 people with 1 camper is 2 x €45,- = €90,- / 4 people with 2 campers is 4 x €45,- = €180,-

Alternative accommodations (for example: Dormitory Heksenlaak, Chalet of Heksenlaak, air-bnb, Hotel in the area) cannot be booked via this registration form. Therefore, no weekend reservation needs to be made. However, there is the possibility to buy a day ticket for €10,- per person at the Vmax Club Holland counter.

Food:

Breakfast and lunch can be purchased at your own expense at the campsite restaurant.

Dinner on Thursday, Friday and Saturday can be purchased at your own expense at the campsite restaurant. There is a choice between different daily menus (±€14,- pp).

On Saturday there is the possibility to participate in a barbecue at your own expense (±€ 20,- pp) Would you like to use the BBQ on Saturday evening? Please indicate this in your reservation.
